Risk
Integration, reliability, skills, organisational barriers. No one puts into production what they do not control.
Yann Grumbach, founder of Anthelixa.
The founder
Yann Grumbach spent more than ten years helping his clients with their data and digital challenges, tied to their business processes: from finance to sales, from stock management to banking. Then AI: he was a partner and managing director of an AI consulting and product studio.
There he saw the bottleneck move. AI was speeding up every task, but time was now being lost between them, every day: between colleagues as much as between teams and AI, the file sat waiting for a review, a document, a reply. He founded Anthelixa in 2026 to move the file forward, not just the task, by putting people back at the centre: people decide; around them, AI workers prepare, and everyone exchanges and works on the same file, at the same time or at their own pace. That is where AI can make a difference to the whole company, not just to one task.
Working together should not mean waiting
Everything else follows from this: the shared place, the written rules, the night and the morning. In an SME, the hours go into data entry, checks and filing, then into the gaps between people: documents passed around by email, context explained all over again, approvals left waiting.
Why it stalls
10 to 70%
on the task
Gains measured under controlled conditions, highest for the least experienced.
around 4%
across the company
Across more than 12,000 European and US companies. Gains concentrated in medium-sized and large companies.
Invisible
in the statistics
No productivity growth clearly attributable to AI in the official statistics1.
We exist to close that gap
Four companies in five measure no gain1
Integration, reliability, skills, organisational barriers. No one puts into production what they do not control.
Redesigning processes, not substituting isolated tasks. Plus the hidden costs of coordination and verification.
Electricity only raised productivity once factories had been rewired and production reorganised. Information technology, once processes had been redesigned1.
One place, written rules, the night and the morning
You were sold tools. No one ever handed you the work done
It delivers an agent that no one connects. The client is left alone with its rules and its exceptions. The project dies at the pilot stage.
It delivers a report. Yet a report can be redone in a few hours with a good model. What cannot be redone is a system that runs.
Anthelixa does both, and measures the result
Our consulting remains free in what it recommends, even to the point of concluding that nothing should be done.
When it says to act, we build what it recommends and run it in your business, on a platform where your teams and the workers work on the same files. Your teams keep the decision, and the result is measured in your business, before and after.

Anthelixa is pronounced an-tay-lik-sa.

Getting started
With an audit, if you first want to know where AI will really pay off for you. With a custom worker, if you already know where things get stuck. Either way, the deliverables are yours.
