Privacy policy

This English version is provided for convenience. The French version is the only legally binding one.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Anthelixa, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €10,000, 138 avenue Victor Hugo, 75116 Paris, RCS Paris 130 559 180. For any question about your data: donnees@anthelixa.com.

This policy concerns the anthelixa.com website. The data you entrust to the Anthelixa platform are governed by your service contract.

The call back request form

When you request a call back, we receive the subject of your request, your name, your company, its size, your telephone number, your email address and, if you write one, a sentence of context. If you have used the calculator and then clicked its button, its estimate is placed in that sentence: you can delete it before sending. The calculator itself sends nothing.

• Why: to reply to you and prepare the next steps you ask for.
• On what basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
• Who reads them: Anthelixa. Three technical service providers process them on our behalf, without exploiting them: they are described below.
• For how long: the time needed to handle your request, then at most three years after your last contact with us, as recommended by the reference framework of the CNIL (the French data protection authority) on the management of commercial activities. They are then deleted.

Your request goes from your browser to a small service that checks it and then sends it to us by email. This service keeps nothing: its logs record only the time and the result of the sending, never your name, your address or your message.

• Clever Cloud hosts this service, in France. Clever Cloud SAS, 4 rue Voltaire, 44000 Nantes, RCS Nantes B 524 172 699.
• Brevo delivers the email to us. Its servers are located in the European Union. Brevo keeps a record of each sending for one month, then erases it. Sendinblue SAS (Brevo), 17 rue de Salneuve, 75017 Paris, RCS Paris 498 019 298.
• Google (Google Workspace) hosts our email, where the email with your request arrives. Google may process this data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

Audience measurement

We measure the website's audience with Plausible Analytics, a service established in the European Union (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia). It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Your IP address is not kept: together with the browser type, it is only used to calculate an identifier that changes every day, and that cannot recognise you from one day to the next, nor from one website to another.

• Why: to know which pages are useful and where visits come from.
• What we see: statistics: pages viewed, where visits come from, country, type of device and browser.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). As nothing is stored on or read from your device, this measurement does not require your consent.
• Where: the data is hosted in the European Union.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies, neither for measurement nor for advertising. That is why it does not ask for your consent.

Fonts

The website's fonts are served by the website itself. Your browser contacts no third-party service to display them.

Hosting of the website

The website is hosted by Clever Cloud, a French company based in Nantes, as is the form service. Like any host, Clever Cloud keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for the security of the service, for seven days.

Your rights

You can access your data, have them rectified or erased, object to their processing, or request their restriction or portability. Write to donnees@anthelixa.com: we reply within the one-month period set by the GDPR.

If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, at cnil.fr.
